Two Instrument Designers Required.
Segment wiring & loop drawings for Pham-Bio industry. Intools experience is preferable. Will be creating drawings from wiring module in Smart Plant Instrumentation (SPI) Version 7.0 (Intools). Familiarity with Emerson Delta V system will be helpful.

Specifying activities includes control valves, safety devices, analytical instruments, hygienic & non hygienic valves, transmitters, local gauges & switches.

Responsible to develop conceptual design documents to front end engineering design, such as P&IDs with control philosophy, narrative specifications (control system philosophy and architecture, interlock narratives, cause & effect diagrams, emergency shutdown philosophy, process control narratives), scope of facilities and services, manhour and capital cost estimate; interface with Process, Client, Licensor, and Key Equipment Suppliers. Experience in Specialty Chem / Solar Silicon Panels a plus.
